All garments must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed and with all the labels on to be accepted for return or exchange, within 10 days from the date on invoice. However, there is no return or exchange on any sale items or accessories.

Exchanges

We will happily exchange your garments free of delivery charges if they are faulty or if you need an alternate size.

Refunds

We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery. Should the garments be faulty or not as ordered, we will credit your original method of payment, including delivery.

Where possible refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Please include your name, address, phone numbers, and the original invoice sent to you with the garments you are returning.

Back Orders

Occasionally, due to demand or late delivery of products, we may not have your desired item/s in stock. We will let you know the expected delivery date when you place your order, if unsatisfactory you can either cancel your order or we may be able to suggest an alternative. Please note that we do not charge you until we are able to send your item/s to you. All items are included in good faith on the basis that the goods, as described, will be available at the time of sale. All prices include GST.

All the parcels we send are insured.

Delivery

We aim to deliver within 3 working days or sooner, however for reasons beyond our control some items will take longer. In these instances we will contact you by phone or Email to confirm expected delivery time.
